This is the yoga retreat you've been dreaming of!

Imagine taking a few days off to relax and deepen your yoga practice in a beautiful country setting, taking classes that sometimes combine yoga with meditation, and sometimes with live music. Having a hot tub and a massage therapist available to sooth your aching muscles. Star-filled skies each night and awakening to birdsong each morning. Fantastic meals that nourish your body and delight your senses, and a full bar to provide that lovely glass of wine that you sip on our screened-in front porch as you watch the sun set. All of that and more is available during the Milkweed Mercantile's Yoga Retreat weekend!
Each weekend will include:
-
a stay in a simple, beautiful strawbale inn or a comfortable local farmhouse
-
choosing from 14 yoga and music/meditation classes presented over the weekend, and being able to design your own yoga/mediation schedule
-
learning from four fantastic teachers utilizing a variety of modalities
-
experiencing a "sound bath" of music and chanting during restorative yoga sessions each evening
-
eating delicious made-from-scratch meals, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible
-
having abundant time to relax, as all classes are optional
-
indulging in a therapeutic massage and a soak in our hot tub
-
walking a labyrinth in the heart of the prairie landscape at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage
-
