Our pricing is variable and will be confirmed to you over the phone or by e-mail. Generally, payment will be made by you via an electronic invoice which you may click on to initiate payment. If payment is to be made any other way, the amount will be confirmed with you over the phone or via e-mail.

 

 

Refund and cancellation policy

 

Cancellation Policy for Rooms:

• Guests who are "no shows" and "early departures" are responsible for the entire reservation without refund.

• Deposit Amount Required: Deposit equal to one night's lodging required.

• Cancellations: Deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival; with less than 14 days notice but more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.

 

Milkweed Mercantile Workshop cancellation Policy:

One-half of workshop fee and one-half of accommodations charge are due at time of reservation; balance due upon check-in. Full refund (less $25 accounting fee) returned with a full 7 days notice. Less than 7 days notice for a cancellation will result in loss of deposit.

NOTE: CSCC workshops have their own policy. Please contact CSCC with questions regarding their policy.

 

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information and any dietary preferences, physical needs and any other information that you wish to provide to help us make your stay more comfortable.

The information (except for the credit card number) may be stored in paper form or in a database hosted with our web hosting provider or in a private document on a cloud service, such as Google docs.

 

Your credit card information will only be stored with our third-party payment provider's vault capability. Our payment provider is Braintree, a subsidiary of Paypal.

 

We will only share your information for the purpose of conducting business (such as with our payment provider to collect payment or an e-mail contact service to facilitate contacting you regarding your stay). Your information will not be sold or shared to anyone for any purpose not related to your relationship with the Milkweed Mercantile.
